Job Overview: 

This position is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling and business building. You will get to work with one dedicated Master Stylist to grow into a skilled technician. Like our Master Stylists, our Associate Program has a performance based level system. There are 4 levels. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level only. With each level jump there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move up to the next level. The salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support. If is our commitment that every associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist or esthetician with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are looking for individuals with passion, eagerness to learn and a willingness to be trained and coached. We pride ourselves with our culture of honesty, integrity, trust, and friendship.

Qualifications: 

• Graduated from/ Actively Attending an approved cosmetology school

• Currently licensed to practice in state (North Carolina) / Soon to be licensed

• Customer Service experience

• Self motivation to learn new skills and grow as a stylist

Schedule: 

• Part time 

• 5-6 hour shifts 

• Tuesday-Saturday 

Payment: 

• Hourly
